The Ultra-Affordable plan offers healthcare coverage at a bargain
The Ultra-Affordable option is cost-effective healthcare cover that’s designed for younger people entering the medical aid market for the first time. With an income below R9 500 monthly, you can enjoy this cover for R1 204 per main member and additional adult, and R695 per child monthly.
An income above R9 500 per month carries a premium of R1 772 per main member and adult each, and R842 per child monthly.
Ultra-Affordable Value plan for first-time medical scheme users
The Ultra-Affordable Value option is a network option that’s specifically designed for younger people entering the medical aid market for the first time. An income below R9 500 monthly could cover you for R1 109 per main member and adult each, and R641 per child monthly.
An income above R9 500 monthly, can cover you for R1 632 per main member and adult each, and R775 per child monthly.

The Standard option is a comprehensive medical aid plan suitable for middle-income earners and families. The plan also offers two scans and supplementary benefits. The main member pays R2 391 while additional adults pay R2 270 and the cost per child is R863 monthly.
